2014 – Our Luxury Academy started
In 2014, our journey began with the launch of our Luxury Academy. It was a humble start, but with immense passion and dedication, we embarked on a mission to impact knowledge and grace. Our inaugural classes, focusing on table manners for ladies and kid’s etiquette at events, set the tone for what was to come.
2015 – Expansion and Recognition
The year 2015 marked a significant milestone with the launch of the Ritz-Kids Academy, offering weekend classes for children at the prestigious Ritz-Carlton in Shanghai. This expansion garnered widespread coverage and propelled our Luxury Academy to new heights.
2016 – Setting Standards
In 2016, we elevated our offerings with the introduction of major staff training programs, including Butler programs at the Ritz-Carlton Sanya and F&B service courses endorsed by the Michelin guide.
This was also the year when we began our certification, driving to our commitment to excellence.

2017 – Collaborations and Recognition
2017 was a year of collaboration and recognition. We initiated long-term partnerships with luxury brands such as Gucci and Givenchy, conducting multi-class programs and pioneering the ‘train the trainer’ approach.
Our efforts even caught the attention of international media, with a feature on CNN.
2018 – Expansion and Accessibility
With 2018 came a significant expansion of our etiquette classes for individuals, with adult and children’s classes available every quarter in key cities across China and Malaysia. We extended our reach further with the introduction of classes in Chengdu, Tianjin.
2019 – Milestones and Celebrations
2019 was a year of milestones and celebrations. We hosted our first gala, bringing together our esteemed clients to commemorate our achievements. Our team expanded to include 10 dedicated individuals for the first time.
We also developed our first franchise, with our partner in Ho-Chi-Minh, Vietnam, marking a new chapter in our journey.
2020 – Embracing Innovation
In 2020, we embraced innovation with the launch of live-streams and online classes, adapting to the evolving landscape without compromising on quality. We also introduced the Summer Excellence Program, enriching the learning experiences of our participants.

2021: Unveiling the Future
The year 2021 saw us unveil the future with the launch of our new brand, DE BERNADAC, at our spectacular Christmas Gala event. This marked a strategic move towards diversification and expansion, laying the groundwork for a promising future.
2022 – Evolution and Adaptation
In 2022, we continued to evolve, introducing new formats of luxury training, including Trunk shows for luxury brands such as Giada and Louis Vuitton. Drive to excellence is our persistence and commitment to our clients!
2023: Enriching Experiences
In 2023, we are enriching experiences by enlarging our staff training programs to include sales ceremonies and luxury personal branding. These initiatives aimed to empower the employees with the skills and knowledge to excel in the competitive world of luxury.
